I strive to provide a personalized, positive experience to all clients. When you book your appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that all clients cancel or reschedule their appointment AT LEAST 48 hours in advance so that I may have the opportunity to reschedule another client.

Preparation for your treatment begins well before you enter my studio. I must prepare paperwork, sanitize, change sheets, make the bed, heat up towels, and set up any other modalities that I will be using for your appointment. Please respect that.

I depend on clients showing up for their scheduled appointment times. In order for me to reserve a place in my schedule for you, I require that you agree to my cancellation policy, as follows:

• Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. 

• In the event of a last minute cancellation or no show, the client is responsible for the full cost of the scheduled treatment. NO exceptions.

• Unexpected events like illness, work emergencies and travel delays are NOT exempt from my cancellation policy.

• My appointment confirmation and reminder texts are a courtesy. Not receiving these communications does not make a last minute cancellation or no show exempt from our policy.

• If the client is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment without notice, the session is considered canceled and the client is responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service.

• In order to schedule an appointment, clients must provide credit card information to be kept securely on file. If our cancellation policy is not honored, the card on file will be charged accordingly.

• In the circumstance that a client has a history with 2 or more no-shows or late cancellations, they will no longer be able to book appointments at ReNew You.

• All fees must be paid BEFORE booking a new appointment.
